Weel 7 11/12/2020

Hello everyone! I hope you have all had a great week so far. So bountiful high school just got quarantined until november 30th. So that's a bummer because I'm not sure what I'm going to do throughout the week with no seminary. Also got tested for coronavirus cause i haven't been feeling well for a couple of days.

Anyway... Sunday I was able to spend time with my nephew Liam for a little while cause my sister and mom were doing some other things and I willingly watched him up in my room, we looked at all the pictures of the animals on my wall and played roll the baseball back and forth, as well as playing with the "big doggy" Champ. he really likes it when champ licks his face and he just smiles and laughs and kicks his feet in excitement. although sometimes he just opens his mouth and champ lick inside... gross right!?! (well kinda it depends on who you ask) haha

I am going to have to be an amazing example in his life as he grows and develops more and more each day. He brings me soooo much joy and happiness to me and our family! What is so amazing to me is that even though I am 19 years old and on a mission, my 11 month old nephew is loved just as equally as me and everyone else on earth. That's really incredible to me. I also want to let you all know that he WILL be a new york yankees fan because of me!! #derekjeterismyhero #goyankees

My Grandpa Munk sent me a message on November 11th, it was about a highway patrol officer who got severely burned while on duty, yet he still plays golf. And tattooed on his arm he has the saying, "Sometimes the most beautiful, inspirational changes will disguise themselves as utter devastation - be Patient!" This highway patrol officer and golfer has a ton of patience in his life, and that is amazing to me.

I have been trying to be more patient with myself and with others, and I won't stop trying to improve day after day because I want to be a more patient person in life, be the best missionary I can be, and be a better member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Please, stay safe and keep up the good work! Thank you for all the support you have all given me!
